With an emphasis on original design Chris welcomes the challange of commissions and can create a piece unique to you.
Pieces such as the one shown here are carefully jointed and assembled using traditional techniques from the basic design. This particular cabinet cacase contains roughly 30 separate components and can be disassembled at any time allowing refinements to be made before the final glueing.
This attention to detail will be covered up once the veneers are applied so known only to the cabinet maker and his pride.
Chris approaches all his work in this way, putting himself in the shoes of the craftsmen of each period, understanding the techniques and tools used at that particular time, emulating their work as closely as possible.
